ORDERS & SHIPPING
- We ship our products from Zurich, Switzerland using the reliable Swiss Post Priority and the courier companies DHL Express and FEDEX.
- For security reasons, the signature of an adult 18 years of age or older will be required at the time of delivery.
- It takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order from the time your payment is verified and for your order to be dispatched.
- If you have placed your order during weekend or on a holiday, we will start processing it on the following business day.
- Transit time starts on the date the order ships, not on the date the order is placed.
- Delivery times vary from country to country and continent to continent.
- Shipping costs do not include any tax, customs and import duties that may be incurred upon shipment in countries outside Switzerland and these additional fees are at your responsibility.

Delivery Within Switzerland
- We offer free shipping within Switzerland using Swiss Post’s Domestic Parcels Priority (Pakete Inland) service and an option of upgrading your shipment at check-out to Express shipping with a courier company for 50CHF
- Items will be delivered to you usually within two business days.
International Shipping
- We ship for free in Europe using Swiss Post Priority or you have the option of upgrading at the check-out to choosing an Express courier delivery for a fee of 50CHF.
- We ship to the rest of the world using either DHL Express or FedEx with an additional fee of 50CHF at check-out.
- Delivery times vary for countries that are located both inside and outside of Europe.
Tracking Your Order – Both for deliveries in Switzerland, as well as international ones
- Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. You will receive a follow up email notification once your order has been shipped. This message will include a link and a tracking code that will direct you to updated tracking information.
- Once an order has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Orders that are returned due to an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
- We accept exchange for goods sold within 14 days from date of delivery.
- If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at hello@chrysi-z.com within those 14 days, quote your order number and the reason for the return.
- Please return the items in an undamaged, functional, complete state and in undamaged, original packaging.
- The client is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend tracked and/or insured shipments.
- We will only accept the return of our product if it is in its original condition and in its original packaging. Proof or purchase/ order number/ receipt must be presented.
- Kindly note that we do not allow cash refunds. We can provide you with a store credit.
- There are no refunds or exchanges with sales merchandise.
