A gorgeous statement beaded necklace for which I have combined some stunning multicolored abalone shells with precious cherry red Mozambique garnet. The abalone beads are big and have two puffy sides. No two beads are identical, making this material so beautiful and intriguing. The saturated eye-clean cherry red garnet only adds to the peacock-bright colors of the abalone, the pair so ethereally together. I have hand-crafted it using:
Natural untreated abalone two-sided puffy beads (25mm to 30mm)
14 natural untreated Mozambique cherry red faceted garnet heart cuts (8X8X4mm, approx. 28 carats)
Natural untreated white seed pearls (2.5mm)
14K gold-filled metal elements and lobster/ trigger clasp (10X6mm)
Natural untreated garnet faceted rounds
Total length: approx. 50cm (including the clasp)
Made with genuine natural untreated gemstones, sea shells and pearls. This is a very elegant and timeless necklace piece.
