A truly stunning piece featuring a high-quality iridescent pair of natural sea-shell discs, accentuated by neon-looking glowing sea-blue apatite and precious mismatched green Tahitian pearls. The color display of the shells is gorgeous, giving fuchsia-red, mint green and golden hues, I am so glad I came across these shells! I have hand-hammered the metal going through the apatites, it truly gives an added understated sparkle to the pair.
I have crafted this pair using:
1 pair of natural untreated iridescent sea-shell discs (diameter approx. 4.7mm)
1 pair of mismatched natural untreated Tahitian green pearls (approx. 10-11mm)
22 natural untreated Madagascar sea-blue apatite facted tumble cubes (4.5X6mm to 3X5mm)
All metal used is 14K yellow gold-filled (brass base, nickel and lead free, containing 1/20th real gold which is bonded, not just plated/painted on, Made in the USA, very durable)
Drop: aapprox. 9cm (including the ear wire)
